As I have been working with FashionONE for over 10 years, I can say that we are satisfied users of their software solution. The level of support is extremely high and excellent. We don't have any dislikes, but if there is anything in need, you will find support team very quick to respond to your enquiry. Their product development is top notch. They care about the end-user, ensuring that requirements are met and then exceeding expectations. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Easy to access. Easy to learn how to use. Very good documentation. I would recommend purchasing this product as it has so many different features and benefits. It does not only look great and feel great for user, but it also has a lot of features which makes the life easier for both business user and IT admin. I like that it has been easy for my team so far, with its user-friendly UI and functionality. The app works well if you are familiar how business functions in general work online or offline. Nothing significant at this point - all seems fine! We have not encountered any major challenges up till now using fashionOne as our eCommerce platform. It's quite simple yet very effective tool when needed most during sales cycles or order management process within the organization.
