CapLinked has been an incredible help to our company. The staff is extremely helpful and the software is intuitive. If there is a problem with the software, their support team is very quick to respond and get things sorted out. I cannot think of anything I dislike about the software. If I had to give any feedback, it would be that the software could be updated more regularly. It would be great to have more frequent updates. We use CapLinked to facilitate our capital raise and to provide our investors with access to our financials and other documents. We have been able to automate our capital raise process and reduce our time to market.
