I'm not too concerned about how good the bearings are, but the dimensions are

They're cheap in quality and price. I'm not too concerned about how good the bearings are, but the dimensions? That should not be a problem. A tube of 8 [all dimensions in mm]: inner and outer diameter are fine. but thickness should be 7.00 but instead: 7.14, 7.17, 7.25, 7.15, 7.20, 7.10, 7.13, 7.11 average about 0.16 oversized, on a skateboard, maybe not a problem - but for other purposes? consider it.
