Review on Schumacher DSR118 Handheld Battery Charger by Shawn Pollock

I bought this unit for all of its specs, hoping it would be a good replacement for my 20 year old Schumacher charger with the added benefit of being able to start the car. Unfortunately it didn't charge my battery so I took my old Schumacher charger and charged the battery with no problem. I also noticed that the fans don't turn on. Such a disappointment. Trying to find a charger that actually works is a chore. I can't find one that doesn't have bad reviews. especially blocks that stopped working immediately after closing the return window. I think just buy the cheapest charger so it's not a huge loss if it fails.
