Everything *backyard* is composted. Good looking. Very functional.

I can only say that I am very satisfied with this set. The plates are pretty strong. I'm comfortable with ribs or fried chicken. Acidic or soggy foods will speed up the process, even if you severely cut and break the surface of the plate, but we're still talking days. They have held up very well under normal conditions of use. The cutlery is good, but that's not my idea of "heavy duty". Knife sharpening is good, cuts well. It has a good spine, but it will bend left to right if you're not careful. The spoon has an adequate bowl and smooth edges. The fork pierces well. Napkins are not Charmin, but adequate. Due to Covid we have not camped or gone to church meetings recently and we do not host large family barbecues. At the moment we only used them at home (pot roast!). I will use them in all of the above situations as soon as possible. The thing is they are composted in the garden and I am very impressed and happy with the quality. I don't mind being a little more careful not to put lateral pressure on the knife if that takes me away from the plastic.
