First of all these are by far the best cartridges I've bought for my Brother HL-3210CW printer. I have attached the photos: 1) The packaging was perfect - it arrived very well packed, so nothing damaged 2) All cartridges installed, top cover closed, and after a few seconds it recognized the toner - "Done" After inserting the cartridges, a one-time toner change was registered and then I did a test print: it came out beautifully, even better than the original Brother cartridges that came with the printer. All in all, this is a great purchase. I am very happy. Haven't used them for a long time so can't comment on durability but they are excellent value for money. I say 100% buy it works great.
