Very easy way to add a subwoofer

I got a powered subwoofer for Christmas but with a new car (2013 F150) I thought it would be an absolute nightmare to to get the sound cables and trigger cables from behind the ford radio head unit to the subwoofer. This is a device that plugs into the back of the radio box and the wiring harness that originally connected to the radio. It provides the user with four RCA (Gain Adjustable) output jacks as well as the trigger cable needed to easily operate most aftermarket amps with a factory head unit. Although I haven't fully completed the installation yet, the nightmarish part of the job is done. Tip: Find a YouTube video that shows you how to get to the factory head unit. Removing the center dash is not always obvious. Barring any unforeseen issues with subwoofer installation, I give this interface adapter five stars because it makes my life easier.

Pros
  • Provides 2:1 gain and infinite decay
Cons
  • Available in white only
