Since they cost almost $10.99 I assumed it was a good amount and didn't check the weight. That was my fault. My tank is less than 2 gallons and I need 3 bags. I had to choose not to use them at all and spend the money I had already spent or buy two more. They are beautiful but if I had been more careful I wouldn't have spent more on rocks than I would on an aquarium.
