Replacement requested and received promptly. Much faster than the first. Everything as described. What disappointed me the most is that even though I bought a 40 amp model instead of a 32 amp model, the charging speed is around 31 amps. Turns out my Kia NIRO EV has an internal charger that is 32 amps. So I could actually pay less for a 32 amp model and get the same result. But still happy with my purchase. I particularly appreciate the excellent customer support provided by the sellers. Thank you 🙏
