Appointment software that has helped us streamline our operations
The ease of booking appointments is amazing-it's so simple that even I can do it myself without needing any support from my colleagues or manager.It really makes our lives easier as we are able to book all sorts of staff members at one place which saves us a lot of effort. It also helps streamline communication with clients by making them available for calls whenever they want.- There isn't anything about this software that I dislike but if you have been using other appointment scheduling systems then there will be some things here that may seem new/different - however once familiarised I'm sure everything will fall into place quickly. We've realised how much more efficient we are since implementing Cal 24 Seven because it has helped increase efficiency within the team overall when looking after client communications and meeting requests.
- This system does exactly what its description states, nothing extra! All aspects related directly back in time (when an employee was hired) were covered off perfectly well along side their attendance history too..a job extremely done :)
