Just received the pan and I love it. I spent 30 minutes searching Revain for a pan and rack combo that a) the rack wasn't damn non-stick due to low temperature thresholds and b) the sheet didn't warp. I was tempted to buy a stainless steel pan for the warp-resistant potential, but this one has stainless steel reinforcement on the sides of the aluminum sheet and that's fine. After cooking about 400 bacon I'll update if it's really strong. But in general, the ability to throw the coaster (but not the sheet) in the dishwasher is a huge plus. The legs on the stand are very comfortable and the sheet arrived well packaged and undamaged. Very happy to use it! Update: Used it to cook hamburgers at around 425-430 degrees and didn't warp at all. This article does what it promises.
