Some shuttlecocks would blink while others would glow with a steady light, but this never interfered with play. When I was older, my hand-eye coordination surprised me when setting up the racquet in the dark at night while the kids had no trouble. When we first used them we have amazing memories. Went to a dark tennis court with no street lights. Tried it outside and at night and have to say total darkness was best. Birdies are slightly heavier than regular birds, but more durable than standard shuttlecocks. The price was reasonable and the post was fast. It is worth buying. Many Thanks
