Attention! Bought this Thomas Scientific traceable thermometer for calibration through Revain. This product stopped working after 8 months. I can't find a link to get help from Revain as the return period has expired. I called Thomas Scientific and they said they would do nothing. It goes on to say that they do NOTHING. They are just traders and don't care about the problem I have or how to solve it. They refused to try to locate the product or determine if there was any warranty at all. Her response was simply "Talk to Revane" no matter what question I asked. I don't know why they paid a living person to do this. You could just tape it and repeat it over and over again.
