Doesn't work for PS5

Purchased to expand the USB slots for my PS5. No Bluetooth devices or hard drives will work when connected to the front or rear port. It also didn't charge my controllers or headset. I gifted this to my wife and she uses it with her gaming laptop so here's the thing.
