Review on GOLDesp MRO & Supply by Fisseha Rodgers

The best thing about this system was its ability to be able solve problems we were having with our previous program as opposed of adding more features in order for it just feel like another one! I really don't understand why their sales team wasn’t helpful when they sold us other programs or systems? That's my biggest problem so far while working here at GOldesep - lack support from Sales Team!! Support tickets are closed without any feedback whatsoever even if i provide them screenshots etc..

No customer service ever given me back nor do you get an answer after multiple emails/TAs sent over several days! They simply ignore your requests!! This has been proven many times by myself during conversations regarding issues which have occurred recently due some technical limitations / changes made within certain modules but still no reply provided.
