Review on PDWare ResourceFirst by Vincent Blitz

I like that it is user-friendly and intuitive for our users. It does not have too many features which can confuse new users. The system sometimes slows down but this might be remedied by increasing the number of processors in my computer or adding more memory. There are minor bugs but they do little harm if you know how to use them effectively. If you're looking for an easy to learn tool without all these fancy bells & whistles look elsewhere. This works well enough for us as we don't need everything included with other systems we've looked at. We did get some help from their customer service when using the product so any problems were handled promptly.
