I've had the device for a little over a week and it's finally working exactly how I wanted it to. The instructions that come with it are lacking (to say the least) but Iris (their tech support) is great and has clear ones Instructions given To fix two issues I had, the first issue I had was that the device I received didn't support Apple CarPlay after installation and required an MCU update, which came from a USB stick with was flashed from the file provided by Iris. I suspect it's because iOS14 was released and the devices shipped were not updated. The second issue I had was remapping the buttons on the steering wheel. The software wouldn't let me remap the buttons , without first entering the factory settings and the PIN provided by Iris to change the setting to allow this, contained this information, but after checking it several times I didn't know how to fix my problem. After emailing Iris, I received information on how to easily resolve the issue. NOTE: I assume Iris is based in China. So, if you decide to buy the device, you have to be patient with your answers. That being said, if you run into any problems I won't hesitate to call you to troubleshoot. I think the customer service experience was more than satisfactory. Overall, while it may seem a bit of a chore, I think it's worth the challenge. The head unit is light years ahead of the Entune OEM, Apple CarPlay connects wirelessly with ease, and the fit and finish is generally acceptable as a replacement. I looked at Pioneer Floating Head Units and many other aftermarket options, but in the end all I really wanted (and needed) was Apple CarPlay and an OEM-style device that looks like it belongs. As long as this head unit continues to perform the same, I will be very happy with my purchase. Hope this helps someone else!
