They are larger than expected but not useless for those with small hands. The only downside I've noticed is that the cart holding them didn't have a leg (and is therefore wobbly/unusable) but I've only looked at the grinders themselves and so far they seem fine. Because of the size, the peppers can get old before I grind a full bowl lol. Still, they feel good in the hand, although the knurling for grip doesn't hurt.
