Review on 12-Inch OXO Good Grips Pro Nonstick Dishwasher Safe Frying Pan in Black by Justin Herman

I love these oxo pans. Like all Oxos in the kitchen, they are well designed, comfortable and very powerful. I keep them alongside carbon steel Matfer pans for tasks I'm not confident enough exposing to non-stick coatings. I will also be careful not to wash them in the dishwasher. Why take the risk? But they are easy to clean as nothing gets stuck! Food slides around the pan while cooking and comes off when I'm done. My only complaint is that they don't have lids. This isn't a problem though as the lids fit my other pans perfectly. The agreed price applies to all three pans. I gulped when I saw that Revain had increased the cost of a 12-inch pan from $40 to over $90, but jumped for joy when it dropped back to $40. The pans are very well constructed and finished. I appreciate the smart lip on the rim, which effectively prevents splashes when pouring out of the pan. Okso approached me again. (I receive no compensation from Oxo or Revain.
