Very good whatever the price

It disperses heat well and keeps the coverage good. Stove (16k BTU but to be honest I usually set it to low or mid frequencies). It's just warped a little, and I just flip it around a bit so it lays flat. I got the same mileage with Fully Coated Stainless and Calphalon William Sanoma Elite Nonstick (I recommend both). I only use wooden, nylon or oxo-silicone spatulas. Metal Utensils A note on Calphalon - I only recommend Elite - as for me the lower versions lost their plating pretty quickly…

Disappointed with lack of power

I have had this pan for about 3 days now and am sending it back due to lack of power. I hope it was just a bad frying pan, as America's Test Kitchen recommended this particular non-stick frying pan. I've used many different brands in the past including Calaphon and T-Fal Titanium and they usually last about a year before needing replacement. I understand that nonstick pans are consumables and don't last forever or "for life", but I've never seen scratches appear so quickly. I only used silicone

Have returned two of these 12 " pans for the same reasons.

First order checked immediately upon receipt, not used, not heated etc. The pot rocked left to right or vice versa, I turned the pot over and let the Hanging handle on my granite countertop and after balancing the pan you could see the pan is warped It took 4 ounces of water to cover the raised center portion of the pot as water pooled around the outside of the pot As I believing that this was an isolated case of a manufacturing fault I tried to contact Oxy that Revain should be contacted due…

I love these Oxo professional pans!

I love these oxo pans. Like all Oxos in the kitchen, they are well designed, comfortable and very powerful. I keep them alongside carbon steel Matfer pans for tasks I'm not confident enough exposing to non-stick coatings. I will also be careful not to wash them in the dishwasher. Why take the risk? But they are easy to clean as nothing gets stuck! Food slides around the pan while cooking and comes off when I'm done. My only complaint is that they don't have lids. This isn't a problem though as…

Best nonstick pan I've ever had

As with all nonstick cookware, I was extremely skeptical of the claims made about this pan, but it works unlike a dozen others I've tried have tried in recent years. I mostly use a small amount of vegetable oil in it, but I've found that it's not essential, even with naturally sticky foods like eggs. Preheated to the right medium-medium temperature, you can crack an egg in the pan and then flip it with ease, and *that* my friends is really wonderful. I've tried other types of nonstick pans that

Scratches EASILY! ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!

We are currently working on a second pot as the first was scratched into the sky the first night it arrived. We literally used it to heat up some corn tortillas and all we did was place them on one side in the pan for about 30-45 seconds, then flip them to the other side and do the same . As you move them around the pan, notice CAREFULLY when we lifted the tortillas low and lo and behold, there were scratches all over the surface. At first we couldn't believe our eyes and said it was…
