The installation process could have been better documented but after a long search on the web I was able to get it working perfectly. I used Mike's Easy BMW tools and drivers direct from FTDI. If I knew all the steps, the installation would have taken minutes, not hours. Once properly installed, the cable works great. The cable is nice and thick, the USB connector fits perfectly and looks high quality.
