Like the weight and handling of the flatware
I like the weight of the Fortessa flatware that I have been able to sample. This flatware is longer than the standard flat. I really like the butter knife. I also like the salad fork because of the extra length. The handle's indented detailing is interesting. I prefer plain (as in 'no details') flatware but this design actually goes well with a specific plate set that I have so I may have to get another flatware set so I have at least two table settings. I'll definitely think about it.
