The Perfect Training Collar

We all know dogs that pull and jump despite our best intentions. Sometimes it's an untrained puppy and sometimes an overly enthusiastic adult dog. Either way, they will pull and almost injure themselves instead of cooperating. I never liked the idea of choke collars and have never used them. I had doubts about the concept of the spiked collars, but the handler said it was the only way to get my dogs to pay attention and stop the behavior. I first tried a plastic snap collar but a) it lacks a quick release mechanism and b) snapping the links together to put it on or off the dog proved impossible for me due to the design of the links. This collar is perfect. It's loose enough on the dog not to bother him, but I can use the prongs if needed and just remove the collar when training is over. I tried it on my arm and the teeth are rounded and don't hurt. He just pushes and pushes, and the extent to which he does so is limited by scope.
