I personally use coal briquettes, there were no problems with burning food, but there were visits due to the small distance from the hive to the grate, in practice there was no problem. It is very easy to clean, I generally threw the grate into the dishwasher upon arrival home, and the grill itself was simply wiped with a damp cloth after it cooled down. During the year of operation, the enamel neither burned out nor cracked, the arms and legs did not fall off, the grilles did not burn out. Outcome. If you want a decent steamboat grill that you won't even think about leaving it where you sat, take it! Even for the full price (I would take even for it).
