I bought these to protect seasonal clothing by category. The sacks disintegrated before the containers in the storage room were placed directly into the storage containers. I reclassified several packages and moved them from one container to another only to open them and spill their contents. As bin liners in my little office bin, they're awesome! They keep the trash and usually take it to the trash can.
