**Used to level a concrete column. Overall very happy with this product. Used it on a concrete countertop. There was deep texture in the top which I think should be sanded down rather than filled with a fine slurry - reverse cast (should have used melamine but used unsealed MDF so it dries quickly, stupid choice I know). DO NOT add water when working on a concrete countertop. This created a slurry that was too thin, clogging the cup and splattering everywhere. It is best to work outdoors with dry dust and appropriate personal protective equipment. Do not hang yourself from it, it has a large centrifugal force, which will only damage the grinding motor and cup grinding wheel. Very pleased with its ability to completely level the surface. A 4 inch cup will work just as well as a 6 inch cup if the surface is already fairly flat. You can't beat it for $12. Another nice feature is its height out of the box. Get the mill out of the way so you can see what you're doing. I continued to work left to right and top to bottom. Then shade it to keep it flat and add some random texture in case it gets caught on the edge and digs in. Just use a light touch and take your time.
