Review on 💨 Enhanced Magnetic Dryer Vent Coupling - MagVent MV-180 by Leonard Beard

My dryer is double the size (regular dryer below and a sweater closet above) and has always been very difficult to dry on an external one Connect ventilation opening. There were only two connection options: either use a 3ft hose (which kinked when the dryer was pushed back) or use a short length of rigid pipe and line the dryer up perfectly with the outlet as you slide it in. Due to its height, you couldn't look down to properly level it, so the washing machine had to be pulled out to properly level the dryer. Usually it was an operation involving two or three people. MagVent has taken care of everything. Installation was easy. It actually took longer to clean up the mess behind the dryer than it did installing the MagVent. The mount and magnet slid straight up to the outer vent, and the clip locked it in place. The flexible air duct on the side of the dryer had to be shortened slightly, but was then placed directly on the dryer and fastened with another clamp. The desiccant was then simply slid back into its socket and I heard a 'pop' as the magnetic coupling closed, perfectly aligned and well sealed. It was quick, easy and only required one person to install. Gaskets, I don't think I'll ever need to pull out the desiccant to clean up the residual lint that used to come out with the old clutch.
