I checked with my dentist before purchasing one of these irrigators. They said it was a great anti-plaque product so I bought it. I've found this to work very well. I especially liked this device for the price, all the attachments, the carrying case, multiple pressure settings, and portability. Some people have complained that these devices don't have enough pressure. That seems more than enough. Others have complained that they have to fill it out too often. First I needed 2 fills to get the job done. Now I can do it with one, but I prefer to keep having my teeth/gums checked. So 2 fillings is all I need. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this water thread.
