
Everything works great except when you connect multiple USB 3 hard drives, for example to copy from one to the other. The hub will then give you drive errors and disconnect your drives while copying. It turns out not all USB-C ports are the same on every computer. The problem is enough power. If you connect to a Thunderbolt 3 port it should be fine, but some USB-C ports on computers (like the Dell XPS) don't deliver enough power for 2 USB hard drives, so you might want to add an AC adapter to the need to connect PD.
