
I've been taking this for a little over a week. I have not noticed any side effects or undesirable effects. I'm already sleeping well, but I've noticed that my sleep quality has improved slightly. I train 3 times a week, do weight lifting and have noticed an increase in weight loss. I'm changing my workouts to 5 days a week so I'm looking forward to seeing how much more I can lose by working harder and using this product. I am considering stacking this with a keto fat burner for better results. I'll update this review as needed once I've finished my current bottle. Remember that no product will help you lose weight if you don't exercise or eat right. Don't expect results without effort.
