In general the quality is satisfactory. The regulator sits too tightly in the mount, which makes installation a little difficult. It is made of very hard plastic and the adjustment screw is very tight. And that's a pretty serious problem because on the other side of the adjustment screw is a plastic nut that is molded onto the adjustment screw. The nut is used to turn the adjustment screw inside the regulator. However, since the adjusting screw is too tight in the adjusting screw, the old plastic nut simply slips on the adjusting screw (and can even come loose). This can ruin the entire headlight as you can't replace the adjusting screw nut again - it was over molded onto the adjusting screw. I would suggest either making the adjustment screw out of a different plastic or making the screw hole a bit wider or using some anti-seize compound to minimize the risk of breaking the plastic nut.
