I am very pleased with the performance of this and all other Whiteside router bits. It's very sharp and easily cuts through the walnut block in my Porter Cable 690 router. I made the platform for the mixer lift out of a solid plank of walnut, cut it in three pieces and glued them together. I used this cutter to round off the edge and hole of the handle. Whenever I need a new editor, I always look to Whiteside first. I also bought Frued and CMT but most of my beats are Whiteside. I will continue to buy these American made bits for my woodworking projects.
