Review on 🚪 Bosma Aegis Smart Door Lock: WiFi Gateway, Keyless Entry, Remote Access & Alexa Compatibility by Jeremy Gums

Upgrade: 1 star only, downgraded from the original 3 stars. The gateway often fails, causing the device to become unresponsive. When I contacted Bosma about this, did they blame my internet connection?! I told them that luckily my Wyze lock worked without any problems and I was able to enter through the back door. Bosma had ridiculously bad customer support! Initial 3-star rating: Some shortcomings noted: 1. Batteries can become detached in the device, which can lead to a complete failure of the device. There must be a better way to secure the batteries in place inside.2. The auto unlock feature doesn't always work automatically.3. The lock status is not updated immediately in the app. You must return to the home page and select the device again to update the status.
