but it's easy to forget how thick the radiator hoses are
Looks small in the hand but it's easy to forget how thick the radiator hoses are. A few notes: 1 - the hose clamps were a bit small for me, I had to go for a bigger one 2 - 38mm seems like the biggest you can get for these things but if it was available I would go for 40mm. .3 - I don't know if Revain is to blame (they get descriptions mixed up all the time of course) but the 38mm has a 3/8 NPT gauge hole, not 1/8. Which I don't care as I drilled it out anyway and put a 1.5mm 14mm sensor in it and wouldn't find a new one for a reasonable price :-P
