They are sharp and have an edge.
We bought this for ourselves as a Christmas present. Excellent steak knives, look very nice and modern. They are a bit big but comfortable. We want them to stay beautiful, not dishwasher safe, dishwasher clattering knives ruin the edges, my counter knives are dishwasher safe and need constant sharpening.
