It was a real headache when I recently tried to buy some expensive photography gear from JTZ's online site. Finding what you're looking for on the website is next to impossible due to its bad navigation and design. Good luck attempting to check out once you've added an item to your cart. Convoluted and perplexing, the checkout process includes extra steps that simply serve to increase the stress. And to top it all off, they offer no customer service. I made several attempts to contact them to find out the status of my order, but I never got an answer. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else. The time and money are not worth it to shop at JTZ's online store.
