It's easy to search for companies or individuals by their title, industry, location etc. I like that it has multiple ways of searching through your database (by keyword, email address, phone number). Sometimes you have to do several searches before finding what you're looking for. If you need help figuring out how to use this software, they are always willing to assist! They offer many different training options so there isn't one particular way in which we learn best. The ability to track our contacts with each client helps me stay organized when working remotely from home. This also allows us to send follow up emails/calls at specific times during the day without having to check back every hour hoping someone gets back to us.
