Keeps tea nice and warm
I have (mistakenly) used this item even for tiny 2 cup teapots and although it absorbs the teapot as it is clearly intended for something larger like my 6 cup teapot, it still works great . This item was intended for teapots that have a handle on the side and all mine have a handle on top, but they all fit this container perfectly. Tea keeps you warm for a really long time. No more worrying about getting cold while I'm making a long brew.
