Best value for money. I use it to back up some of my favorite DVD movies and create some of my son's favorite DVDs. Thus, it is imaginable for everyone who has children - a lifesaver! I leave backups of his favorite DVDs in every car. These blanks seem to work great with all my various DVD players and recorders. For example my old Compaq Desktop Writer, my 3 year old Gateway laptop, my 6 year old HP laptop and my high end HP have no problems reading and writing. Read: My XBox 360, original Xbox, Insignia DVD/TV combo, Insignia portable DVD player and Pioneer in-dash player read them with no problem. I think maybe the old Xbox splattered a few times in a few spots here and there but never hung up. Considering how many Memorex blanks I've used and pierced, that's a very slim chance. I've been using this carrier for a while now and this is my third spindle. There's a reason why I appreciate Verbatim's value for money, Fuji's wrong read rate (greenish tint) and very surprisingly Sony's (I think they were too "blue" on the front of the shot and simpler or old laser) could not justify lenses seem to have problems reading). Memorex is by far the best option for my purposes.
