Works as it should, no data lag between Ford Focus ST and iPhone

Works great! I'm using it on a 2013 Focus ST with FORScan Lite for iPhone. It requires no configuration, just plug and play! It connects to FORScan without hesitation and does not drop the connection or cause any problems in about 250 kilometers of testing. I've had it plugged in for a week with no battery issues. The delay between vehicle and FORScan is negligible. I step on the gas and in a split second I see activity on the screen in FORScan. I can only recommend that. Please note that I have not attempted this with a Windows PC or any other device. Just an iPhone. I will update when I have more experience.
