I just bought a second one because I thought I somehow screwed up my first one. The only video files that work when I transfer them from my phone to my computer are very small clips. Which makes this device superfluous in principle. My files load fine but won't play when I transfer them to my computer. The first didn't last long. So I thought maybe it just got mixed up somehow. But this new one, which I actually got in the form of a larger Pro, doesn't work right away. If you only need it to transfer photos or 20-second video clips, it's not bad. I'm a coach and I record my athletes' fights and workouts, so I need to be able to shoot longer videos. So unfortunately I don't need this device. I have a Sandisk external hard drive that works great, but it's not compatible with newer iPhones. So now I'm back on the hunt for one that works.
