Review on Moongiantgo Electric Stainless Pulverizer Materials Kitchen & Dining by Danielle Landry

I bought this product because it needed to be powerful enough to grind grains, spices and herbs in seconds. I quickly wore out another, cheaper spice grinder, so figured this would be a more powerful alternative. Even my husband tested it to make sure it was a good product. When he arrived we immediately put him to work grinding the dehydrated squash. It took a full three minutes for the squash to turn into powder. Slow motion and I had to let it sit to cool down in between. It has never worked out the way I would have liked. But the biggest problem I have with this product is that it is difficult to clean. The instructions say 'do not use water', use the included brush to clean the reservoir. The powdered gourd is very dense and clings to the sides, bottom, and (blunt) wings with incredible tenacity. There was absolutely no way to clean it without water. Also, it cannot be disassembled for easy cleaning. My husband even tried to take it apart so we could wash the parts but to no avail. It ended up taking about half an hour to dry, brush, dry and brush some more. Do not buy this product, you will only get disappointment and tension headaches. I wouldn't buy it again even if it was a tenth the price. UPDATE: The seller was quick to respond to my review and agreed to refund the cost of the coffee grinder. Instructions for disassembly and cleaning are also included. I'll try again and update my review if I'm successful. Thanks to the seller for responding so quickly and honestly and I've upgraded my rating to 3 stars as a result.
