Easy to use, makes delicious smooth iced coffee. Definitely recommended for iced coffee lovers. I put my coffee in, put it in the fridge overnight, and in the morning I remove the coffee filter, add sweetener and cream, and I have delicious iced coffee. Definitely cheaper compared to buying iced coffee at the grocery store. Also, I can add any flavor I choose. If I could advise, follow the directions and only fill up to the top window or your coffee grounds will spill into the pot if you tilt it slightly.
