Review on 🌬️ Tripp Lite Gen 2 SRCOOL12K Portable Air Conditioner - 12000 BTU (3.5kW), 120V, for Server Racks and Spot Cooling, Self-Contained AC Unit, in Black by Michael Hawkins

Used one of these, an older version that didn't have the plastic fan issues that the new ones have. It worked for almost 3 years before the control panel died. There's no reason a chipboard should die with as little functionality as it is. There are no spare parts. Order the second one that arrived on 07/12/2017. The bottom fan exploded. I called Triplite - but tech support is closed for a meeting. Will update when I know more.
