Review on Pepperi by Carlos Burrows

The integration between my store's POS system was seamless - they had it set up for us when we installed Magento Enterprise Edition! Customer support is always responsive via email or phone; even if I'm having issues at 2am after working through lunch!! Nothing yet but happy customers who have been impressed by how easy this has made doing business so far. There are some features missing from PEPerI compared other vendors such as customer ratings/reviews etc., however since its still relatively new these things should come soon enough once word gets around about them being there too ;) As mentioned previously though no major complaints thus not much feedback here :) We've reduced fulfillment time significantly which leads directly down stream benefits like fewer returns due process errors because products can be shipped quicker than before without any extra effort required :( And also increased overall profit margins :D.
