It's very easy to use for both dental hygienist and dentist alike! I can easily see all my appointments at once and it makes keeping track of patient care so much easier with this program. The only thing that is not an option in this program is being able to add pictures or videos directly from your phone. This would be great if you could upload them through another app like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., but as far as we know there isn't anything like that available yet. If you're looking for something simple, affordable and user friendly then go ahead and try out this program. We have been using this for about two months now and haven't found any issues in its usage. As long as they keep improving their customer service department, then I'm sure things will get better over time. Keeps us organized when running multiple offices. All our staff has access to everything without having to log into each office individually.
