Wrong items received

Ordered 2 of these to establish a network connection to an external building. However, the goods received were not Loco5AC-US, but 2 Loco5ACs, which are not compatible with our network. We've tried troubleshooting issues with them and it's only after closing the return window that we realized this wasn't the right device.
