I loved wood when it worked but it burned out after 6 months! I contacted customer service to see what could be done and they said it was out of warranty and no parts or anything else were available. However, you could give me a 20% coupon to buy another tree! The 20% coupon was only valid for two days and I didn't have time to use the coupon in time to buy another product. Needless to say this was a very disappointing purchase! I do not recommend spending $100 on this tree. Edit: Support got in touch and offered a new adapter and a 40% off coupon that expires in December. I have changed my original rating to three stars due to good customer service. Edit 2: Unfortunately the new adapter didn't solve the problem and the tree still doesn't light up, but the company refunded me $30 for the tree. Customer support did an excellent job in resolving the issue. I'm still giving 3 stars as the tree hasn't been working for 6 months, but the support team has been very helpful and willing to help if there were any issues.
