I was really surprised how well this works! My combs are getting disgusting. I have very long hair and I have a cat. My combs get constantly soiled with a mixture of hair, dust and cat hair that somehow ends up on my head. The first thing I did was a little calculator tool. I used it to pull out all of my hair, starting at the sides and then down the middle. After 99.9% of the hair was gone I combed it really hard with the black brush that comes with the bristles. This removed most of the dust and hair residue. Finally, I used an old toothbrush and antibacterial soap to clean the brush. He's like new!
