I'm trying to provide some useful information that I wanted to know before ordering and I hope this helps someone else make the same decision as me: I wear 13 and ordered 13, they fit perfectly like all the others mine Shoes, I immediately change the insoles to running insoles for extra support, that's no problem, there's plenty of room in the sneakers. Soles are sticky on flat pedals, I'm currently running composite pedals with screw-in cleats, loads of grip. over the rubber soles (you can see the insoles are removed to create support that keeps your toes from bending and pulling over the pedals (your toes snap). To me, that's the biggest difference when it comes to that going to make these real mountain bike boots from the inside of the boot is also a very strong side almost like thin plastic under the material of the crank guard they are pretty comfortable for stiff shoes they COULD be everyday shoes but they are really meant for mountain biking , I only drive eleven in it.
